Order Cancellation

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order has been submitted.

If your order has already been processed, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.


Priority + Insured Shipping

If you select Priority + Insured Shipping, you may be eligible for a replacement shipment or refund if your package is lost during transit.

For orders placed using Free Shipping or Priority Processing, we will reship your package if it is confirmed lost during transit.


Lost or Missing Packages

Brightora is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer during checkout. Please carefully verify your shipping and billing information before placing your order.

If an error was made on our end, we will take full responsibility and correct the issue at no additional cost.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may be imposed by their local government.

By purchasing from Brightora, you acknowledge that customs fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.


Tracking Shows "No Information Available"

Some shipping carriers require several business days to update tracking information.

If your order was shipped more than 5 business days ago and your tracking information has not updated, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
